Shipping Information: We only ship to the United States Shipments are via United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service. In stock items are typically shipped in 1-3 business days unless noted on the product information page.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
You can view an estimate of the shipping charges as you place items in your shopping cart (no purchase necessary - simply enter your zip code). Rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your cart. Free shipping items assume they are the only items in the cart - any additional items will incur regular shipping charges.
Shipment Delays:
While we make every attempt to fill all orders placed, an order may be
delayed or backordered. If a delay or backorder occurs you will receive
notification via email within 7 days. If you do not wish to wait, you may request a
cancellation for your order, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do
not hear from you before we ship the items, we will assume you have agreed to
the shipment delay. If we cannot deliver your item(s) within 30 days of the order date, delay
notice or backorder notification (whichever is greater), a cancellation will be
processed automatically and you will receive a prompt refund for any unshipped
portion of your order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund
credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Free Shipping: Free Shipping on selected items is applicable to continental U.S. only (Alaska & Hawaii: Free shipping for small standard USPS items - does not include coolers, rods over 6ft etc). Items with free shipping are noted on the individual product information page for that item.
Shipping Damage: Inspect all merchandise upon delivery. When signing
the delivery form, make written note of any visible external damage to the
packaging. Open package immediately to determine if there is any concealed
damage. Report any damage to the freight carrier and file a claim if necessary.
Returns: Merchandise may be returned for credit subject to the
following terms:
- A return authorization number must be obtained from
Customer Service before
merchandise may be returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied after 30 days of invoice date on
products in saleable condition.
- No credit will be allowed for items returned 60+ days after the invoice
date.
- If returned item(s) are not in sellable condition, we will return the
item(s) to you and you will be responsible for full payment of the item(s) as
invoiced.
- You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
